Very unorganised. Did online tests, has telephone interview, case study (which was the hardest I've ever been given) and then was invited to the assessment Center. The assessment Center was by far the hardest part. Examiners seem to question your every move and it is very hard to stand out especially since the examiners will put you on the spot in front of everyone there and see how you answer a question you're not comfortable with.
