Interview is very good they really cares your time they asked about the projects and fields I am interested in they introduced themselves they also asked me to introduce my self they asked about the case study

it was fine. The interview was very standard. the manager and the HR rep were on the call and asked typical interview questions. they however, ghosted me after the interview for weeks and only gave me a rejection email after asking them for updates twice.

Regular experience-based interview with, "Tell me about a time when..." questions. Interview panel of 5+ (depending on the position, 6+ for tech interviews). Questions need to be answered in the classic STAR method (S=Situation, T=Task, A=Actions, R=Results). Questions are asked in such a way, to apply to their 10 principles.
