A lot of stages in the hiring process. Two of them are phone interviews. In the first one basic questions (why AB InBev, why you, what are the market challenges etc.) are asked. After 15 minutes the phone call is done. The second call is more complex. At least 30 min personality questions and then a case study and question upon the case.

Second round: virtual case preparation (1 hour preparation time to make a comprehensive 3 minute pitch)
Third round: Group Assessment day (2 interviews + business case game while constantly being monitored)
Final round: panel interview together with other candidates, you hear each other's answers and are being monitored on when and what you answer. Tough questions from a panel of 4 senior managers.
