Interesting Business game，it took about 2 hours.
Nice Interviewer，but as the winner team，none of us made it to the final round. It probably because our team got along quiet good，there was no debating between any of us and no one showed outstanding qualities.

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.

Interview
First round: game-based assesments
Second round: virtual case preparation (1 hour preparation time to make a comprehensive 3 minute pitch)
Third round: Group Assessment day (2 interviews + business case game while constantly being monitored)
Final round: panel interview together with other candidates, you hear each other's answers and are being monitored on when and what you answer. Tough questions from a panel of 4 senior managers.
