I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev in Jun 2019
Interview
1st step is the HR screening about the motivation, professional background and company knowledge, which was quite smooth. The 2nd step was with the team managers, who asked questions about the motivation and job related small cases (what would you if...) as well as background alignment. The third step was with the Director, which was the least smooth part. Some of her questions in the last round: "Are you drinking beer since you are coming from a Muslim country?" , "You should go better work in an NGO if you contribute to the wellbeing of the society". I have never seen such a thing as someone who has experienced numerous interviews. I could not even name it a stress test because the stressing points are completely irrelevant with job itself. After that, I waited for an answer for three weeks and got a negative answer from the HR following my own follow-up, not theirs... Basically and objectively, it does not much depend on your capabilities or interview performance but the subjective and unstuructured evaluation of the director.

Question 1
Do you know about the AB Inbev values? Could you describe 3 of them?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Leuven, Flemish Brabant) in Dec 2024
Interview
Er waren 3 interviews met telkens verschillende mensen (eerst HR, dan manager van het team en tot slot een director) en een online test om capaciteiten te beoordelen. Op zich niet moeilijk. Verliep ook vlot met duidelijke informatie.
