The procedure goes really quickly. In less than a week you receive an answer to prepare for the next stage. Make sure you look up some questions about the video interview. Because you only have one minute for every answer. The assessment day is a whole day of business game, group cases and a one-on-one interview. The panel interview is in front of 5 senior managers.

Really pleasant process overall, final panel is the determinant stage for the job and this has nothing to do with all your effort for the previous rounds. An overall assessment would be better.
