Gesprek om te screenen: kreeg dezelfde vragen als in de sollicitatie via de website: waarom InBev, waarom een management-traineeship en waarin verschil je van andere kandidaten. Het is belangrijk om korte en gestructureerde antwoorden te geven, want het gesprek duurt slechts 15 minuten.

Game based assessment followed by multiple interview rounds- HR rounds, guesstimate, case study, group interview. It is difficult to clear all rounds. Game assessment is in hirevue, practice this, it's not very easy with time limits.
Difficult - long form virtual interview spaced out over the day with many questions that are hard to prepare for - focuses on 10 principles for a lot of the questions.
