Interview
1. Online application: CV, cultural fit, logical test, capacity test. The capacity test was quite interesting. They provided you with 19 questions, each had more than 3 statements. You needed to rate each statement from strongly disagree to strongly agree. After an official question was extra question(s), you need to rate some statements again but with most and least relevant to you.

3. Individual Business Case: same to previous years: you are given a case of building a portfolio with 2 new products. 40 mins to work with the case, 20 mins to present it.
4. Initital Interview: You are interviewed with an HR manager on cultural fits, capacity, leadership,...
Still waiting for the result of initial interview. Next rounds are business game and panel interview (in Shanghai)

Interview
Game based assessment followed by multiple interview rounds- HR rounds, guesstimate, case study, group interview. It is difficult to clear all rounds. Game assessment is in hirevue, practice this, it's not very easy with time limits.
Difficult - long form virtual interview spaced out over the day with many questions that are hard to prepare for - focuses on 10 principles for a lot of the questions.
