3 online test when completed successfully, followed by online interview. After you get invited to an assessment day where you’re being observed the entire day while playing business games and going through more interviews. Final step is final panel where you’re interview with VP of the company

But they weren't correct with the fta candidates. At the end of the process none of us was taken, but moreover they invited to the final panel also candidates who applied for different positions! The situation was so obvious. They had already decided who they wanted to hire, the panel was a joke. An horrible one. We, the actual and original candidates for fta, hadn't any chance. It was so clear. But we wasted time anyway and they do not give you a feedback. Nothing at all.
