8 structured interview questions. Based upon "Describe a time when..." After the initial phone interview I was called in for a panel interview where they took turns asking questions. At the end they opened it up for questions.

Describe a time when you collaborated with another department to achieve a goal.
Process consisted of a speed round with 4 or 5 people and panel interviews with co-applicants and upper management. Lengthy process included several phone interviews before being offered a position. All interviews with this company have been a lengthy process.

Applied online, received a survey which I filled out. Received another email saying I was selected for the next round and a quiz. I received an email saying I wasn't selected to continue to I didn't pass the quiz.

Applied on line. After resume was accepted, almost immediately sent a link for personality/aptitude assessment. After passing this, a link was sent to take a short logic test. After passing this, a link was sent to complete a short one-way video interview via montage.
