First you have to take a culture fit Assessment online, if you pass, the next step is doing an on demand interview where you video record yourself answering a series of questions. Typically once that is submitted it can weeks to get to final steps which is face to face interviews (typically 2 with 2 people in each).

The interview was a pretty standard format campus placement interview for a senior analyst position. They covered topics like SQL, basic python etc. The re was also an group discussion round before the technical round.

There was one aptitude round. Another group discussion round. Then one one-on-one interview. They focused mostly on our personal projects and how we designed the solution. The group discussion focused mainly on our ability to work as a team. The aptitude round was very easy.
