Curriculum analysis followed by face-to-face interview with the general manager of the area.
The interview was conducted in English.
I was asked to explain my background and why I would like to work in the company.
The interviewer explained the project and the position I was supposed to assume.
The interview process was smooth and welcoming. The team created a relaxed atmosphere, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout. It was a genuinely pleasant experience with friendly, engaging people who showed real interest in my background and goals

Basic interview. Competency questions. Multiple rounds including with HR. Interests in commodities. Knowledge of products. Nothing too difficult. Don’t know what else I can say besides research the company and understand what they do.
apply CV, they contacted by email and call, first phone screening stage, then conversation with manager, fast process, communication is effective, polite and reasonable HR team. all good experience. recommended
