The interview process was very time consuming -
1 hour interview with manager
40 minute cognitive test (plus 40 minutes practice)
35 minute Hogan Development Survey
35 minute Neo Personality Survey
1 hour 30 minute interview with external accessor
30 minute interview with another manager
It was incredibly time-consuming, and to not receive any feedback at all (even a rejection) after it all was pretty poor.
A lot of the questions from the external interviewer seemed to be focused on handling what has gone wrong previously in the current role rather than success stories and what you've done to make things go right.
AngloAmerican does seem to pay higher than similar roles at other companies.
