Interview
The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Anglo American over video in April 2020.
Three stages:
First stage consists of online tests like numerical skills. Second stage was two phone calls going through some basic questions on reasons for applying, what do you know about the company, more about your background. The calls actually came from overeseas so do not be shocked about it. Last stage was a video interview with the physical traders.
