      Global IM Specialist Interview

      Mar 12, 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anglo American

      Interview

Pleasant, prompt and purposeful process. First interview was done over a Skype video call from overseas with HR and the hiring manager. Second interview was in person in country with HR and the hiring manager. Third interview was over a Skype video call with the skip level manager. Was treated with respect throughout the hiring and interview process. Felt more like having a good conversation than an interview. All the necessary questions were asked, including the handling of difficult situations and decision making. All follow-ups from HR were timely and true to their word. Extremely prompt and purposeful as opposed to many local organisations I had previously interviewed with. I was stepped through each phase of the process and made aware of exactly what was happening and the expectations. Very transparent hiring process.

      Question 1

Share a time where you had to make a difficult decision. And if you had the choice to go back in time would you have made the same decision?
