Andersen Tax Associate interview questions

The interview was fairly easy and standard interview questions. Should have asked about the work authorization so I won't waste the time. Internationals and H1B visa holders don't bother to apply for this company. They don't sponsor anybody even if you just need H1B visa transfer and willing to pay for the expense.

First interview was just behavioral, lasted about 30 minutes. Second round was in their office and consisted of several individual interviews with partners. There were no technical questions. Everyone was very friendly and genuinely wanted to learn about me and my experiences.
