I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Andersen
Interview
I had a first interview on campus, then a second interview at the home office in Boston. I also attended a pre-interview party/info session at a local restaurant a few days before the second interview. At the second interview, I had three interviews with three different people. I also went out to lunch with two other staff. Everyone I met was very nice and down-to-earth.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Andersen (San Luis Obispo, CA) in Oct 2012
Interview
Applied online and was scheduled to have a one on one interview at the university. Interview was straight forward starting out with "walk me through your resume" and then the rest was left open to questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Andersen (Baltimore, MD) in May 2012
Interview
The company recruiter called me and gave me an initial screening, basically getting a feel for what level of experience I have in finance/accounting. After a couple days, I was called by the hiring manager to schedule a one-on-one interview. I didn't get the job because I didn't have the experience they were looking for, but the interview was relaxed and non-threatening.
