I applied online. I interviewed at Andersen (New York, NY)
Interview
Through and lengthy interview process. Met many people during the interview process. Spoke with local office, regional, and national level personnel in leadership positions during the interview process. Gave me a good idea of the people.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I don't remember the exact questions, but they were not technical. More focused on culture and fit.
It was weird. I applied for the Tax Assistant position. But for the phone interview, they wanted to interview me for an AP position. They also said I needed my BA for the tax assistant position but the requirement literally said an Associate is ok. I also have on my resume that I only have an associate. Overall, it was just a waste of time for me to take time off work just to be blindsided.
One screening call. One video call and then a series of 4 interviews with two people each. And a short technical exam. They sent a valuation that you complete and send back.
