Interview
Applied through the career center at school. Had an on campus interview with a manager a week later, mostly behavioral questions. After 3 weeks of reviewing the candidates, I was invited to an office visit for a second round interview. The second round interview was more of an information session about the company, and to test if you are culturally fit for the company.
There were 3 back to back 30 minute interviews. I interviewed with a senior associate, manager, and director. I had a pleasant experience meeting the people from all different levels and they were really sweet.

Interview
I had two back to back interviews, one with a partner and one with an associate. Basic behavioral questions, nothing technical. The partner spent much of the time selling the benefits of Andersen rather than asking me questions.
Very easy, all behaviorals. The interviewers were very nice and genuinely wanted to get to know you. There were no technicals, but be very genuine and friendly with the interviewers.
