Interview
Starts with an online profiling test, then a 4 minute proctored test after which you get called for the oral interview. The interview lasts between 15 to 30 minutes with 3 technical questions to be answered afterwards in 5 minutes. Each step here is a funnel where only the best are selected from the thousands who apply.
After you pass the interview you are invited to a 2-week BootCamp where you are taught the basics of programming and are expected to build a web application to stand a chance to be invited for fellowship.

Interview
The process was quite easy was invited for the interview after taking the online test, i was asked to select a date through calendly, and the I went for the interview at the EPIC Tower, The interviewers were friendly and the environment is very much welcoming neither tension nor anxiety can be sensed in the environment.

Interview
Applied online for the Andela fellowship. There was a required online test which if passed one is invited for a one on one onsite interview. Again if one prevails, they are invited for a free two week bootcamp and if successful, they are offered a job with the organization

what have you done to develop or change in the last six months
It was ok. Quite easy. a couple of coding challenges and random questions about you. Just read up on OOP and get ready to take a few easy coding challenges.
