      Onboarding Facilitator Interview

      Mar 26, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Nairobi
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Andela (Nairobi) in Aug 2017

      Interview

It was a four-stage interview; three video calls and one on-site interview. Very intense but after all these were left hanging no feedback whatsoever. I actually followed-up on the same and still, nothing came through. The entire process took four months and each interview stage took between 30-45 minutes. The last stage where we had the on-site interview they were not prepared. I actually showed up and when they saw me run up and down to set up a team for me to train. Soon after my session was asked to wait at the reception where after waiting for over an hour one of the interviewers found me there and was actually surprised I was still waiting. I was asked to leave and promised they would get back to me.... until today. My advice just be prepared for anything looks very promising at the first stages. Terrible Hr practice right there....
