There was a group (or cultural) interview to begin the process. We sat, about 18 of us, in a big circle with three interview leaders. We tossed a ball around and answered questions. If we made it through this round we had a very short interview with the room manager of the venue.

Interview
My interview was pretty easy. I was good friends with the head of sanitation at the time. He walked me down stairs and gave my resume to about 3 Chefs. They asked me about my experience in cooking and where I wanted to go in this industry. I took maybe 10 minutes and was hired on the spot
