American Red Cross interview questions

The recruiter emailed me for a phone interview. The day of the phone interview, he forgot about it and never called me. He contacted me afterwards to apologize and wanted to reschedule the meeting. After waiting a while, I inquired about rescheduling and he never responded. I've been on many interviews and have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. People expend a lot of time preparing for interviews so their time needs to be respected.
