American Red Cross interview questions

Was a phone interview, conference with a couple of Senior managers. Many questions were asked, and they take into account highly if you have previously been a volunteer with other companies.

Interview consisted of a phone screening followed by an in-person meeting with the Disaster Program Manager. Overall, a very straight forward process that went very quickly. Also, the interviewers were very accommodating of my time, especially for the phone interview. The only drawback was that the interviewer for the phone interview called ten minutes early. However, the interview itself was direct with no trick questions.
