I had a phone interview with the program director, then an in-person interview with him and the executive director that was a little more in-depth. That was followed by an additional phone interview with regional staff. It took about three weeks total. Once I was offered the job, I still had to go through the hiring process - medical and background checks. All-in-all it took about two months from the day I applied to the day I started working.

The interview process was comprehensive and effective. They used standard questions and was I was required to meet with several sr. level executives and several members of the team that I would be working with.

The interviewing process was very direct. I was contacted by a talent specialist. She provided insight on the position, the interview and answered all my questions. The actual interview was direct and I felt comfortable talking with all interviewers.
