I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Red Cross (Charlotte, NC) in Dec 2017
Interview
2 weeks later after applying online I received a phone call for a brief phone interview. At the end of the phone interview I was scheduled for a face to face with 2 higher up people. Then 2 days later I received a offer. It wasn't for the position I applied for it was for a position at the contact center, which I am grateful for as well.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Red Cross (Kansas City, MO) in Jun 2017
Interview
The interview process started from a representative from the human resource department then was passed on to the hiring manager. I then had to perform a 5-10 minute training presentation in person to a Red Cross instructor. After performing presentation I was offered the job.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at American Red Cross (Phila, PA) in Jun 2016
Interview
I interviewed over the phone, speaking with a recruiter about my skills and background. She disclosed the salary range, which was right around $70,000. The recruiter provided details about the position and asked me to send a current version of my resume for review. The conversation was pretty straightforward, and would be followed by another call then an in-person interview.
