American Red Cross interview questions

In-person interview at the business; went into manager's office and was asked super common questions. Interviewer had notepads everywhere and was reading/jotting down on them. Pretty informal and she complimented everything I said.

Initial Screening: Recruiter explained the position and salary requirements and asked 3 simple questions. Process was simple, but recruiter had already made up his mind prior to the questions. He did not call at the scheduled time and did not contact me until I contacted another recruiter, then he did not call me at the time we agreed upon.
