I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Red Cross (Detroit, MI) in Nov 2020
Interview
There were quite a few steps in this whole process: a screening then 2 online video chat interviews. Each step was about a week apart. Each person I talked to said they loved their job.

Question 1
Loads of situational questions. They scheduled time for the interviewee to ask questions as well.

Interview
It was so strange because this interview went exactly the opposite of how I would've expected it to. I interviewed for a social media internship a while back (maybe a couple of months) and the guy who was on the call with me was super rude. He had a backhanded comment every time I spoke of my experience and my previous work and also commented on my race. Then he pretty much told me I didn't have the correct experience but this was right after explaining to me we have the same background. Why also meet with me if you didn't think I was a fit from the beginning? It was overall a terrible experience and even if I was offered it, I wouldn't want to work for someone like that.

Question 1
What are your experiences in social media?
What can our social media improve on?
Applied online. Received an email on a Thursday night at 530pm to inquire about my availability for that week for a phone screen. I provided three times for the following day. Received an email the next day stating they were unavailable but could do a phone screen Monday. I selected a time for Monday. Received an email Monday morning that they were ill and needed to reschedule our phone screen that was scheduled for Tuesday. Never heard back.
