I applied online. I interviewed at American Red Cross
Interview
I did a phone interview, and it was fine. What was frustrating to me was it took 3 days to get a response. After 2 days I sent them a quick email letting them i was appreciative of them letting me interview. I didn't get the job and i emailed them back asking for feedback on what i can do to improve and they never responded.
Great and easy interview process. Two phone interviews and one in person before the job offer was presented.
The interviewers where extremely personable and passionate about their roles at the organization.

Question 1
Why do you want to work for the American Red Cross?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at American Red Cross in Mar 2018
Interview
Had initial call from recruiter in another state. 30 minute call. Standard questions. Was asked if I’d pass a background check.
Next was in person interview with Regional Manager. Consisted of s standard list of questions she read to me from list. Explained that it’s requred for every applicant. Was able to ask questions at end. Final interview was with Regional Director. It was a challenging interview, as the Director was not very personable and establishing rapport was difficult. I felt like I was being asked very standard questions once again. Interview process took months!!!
