American Red Cross interview questions

A lovely recruiter reached out for an initial screening interview. I was more than qualified and thought it went well. I was totallly ghosted, not a big deal but I wanted this job and never heard back not even an email saying they moved in another direction. I expected better from the American Red Cross when you say that you’ll hear something next week even if you moved in a different direction send an email. It only takes a minute and it’s common courtesy.
