American Red Cross interview questions

Phone interview with HR. Second interview with a current donor recruitment account manager and an operations person. Third interview was supposed to be with the district manager. Never heard anything back after second interview. Pretty surprised to be treated like this by the Red Cross.

Literally the same application every time you apply. Expect to spend about 10-15 minutes doing the same exact application each time. The job sounds amazing. However, you will likely never hear from them again outside of the generic job rejection email that gets sent out around 3:10 in the morning.
