American Red Cross interview questions

Phone interview, then in person interview with panel of three people. Super informal, usual questions. Last question about what super hero and super power threw me off.......I don't know that much about super heroes. I don't know what will happen next, but should hear from the lady I spoke to on the phone in a couple of weeks.

Initial phone interview with simple questions, then online screening questions to assess your skills level and lastly face to face interview with 3 supervisors. Interview process was long they throw a lot of information at you so be very careful to assess if the position is the right fit.
