Some of the questions were irrelevant
Some Interviewers appeared to be making up questions on the spot
There were some specific questions, but most were very general considering the level of the position
I felt like the interview was more of a personality test.

Question 1
They asked me to describe how I handled certain situations in previous positions. Mainly difficult situations. I learned they wanted to know because they know that their ever ending changes makes donors and blood drive sponsors very upset and you have to smooth things over constantly.

Brief. Hiring person told me I got the job as soon as I walked in they just wanted to meet me and talk to me. We talked about where I was from, why I wanted to join the Red Cross, future prospects.
