First there is a phone screening with the recruiter, then an interview is setup with the lab manager and shift supervisor. Once in the interview room the candidate will be asked a series of questions from a script. the candidate will usually hear something back within the next two weeks.

It was pretty standard. There was a phone screen, then a video call interview with the 2 hiring managers, and then an in person interview and lab tour with the being managers.

They asked usual interview questions, nothing very technical, but mostly personality questions.
Easy process! Thoroughly enjoyed the process and all those who interviewed me were sincere. I would recommend ARC to anybody interested. An overall great company that cares about their employees.
