Waited 45 mins for my Manager to show up for the interview. I got hiried for Sept 19. Then the next day stating I wasnt.HR says I wouldnt be a good fix

No questions just spoke about the position. I was qualifited. I was there 1 hour and a half. I got hiried in which I thought. Starting date was Sept 19 2016.
