The interview process was very long and disorganized. I went through several rounds of interviews with multiple members of the legal team and the hiring manager over the course of several months, but hiring for the role was then put on hold. The recruiter kept in regular contact with me, confirmed I was still being considered, let me know when the role would be reopened, and encouraged me to reapply. They reopened the role many months later, and I submitted another application. After several additional months of waiting, I received only a form rejection email that they were pursuing other candidates. From submitting my first application to the form rejection email, the entire process took over a year.
