Interview
Had an online interview with 4 questions. Then came in for a group interview. Was put into groups and was given a scenario where we had to choose who would get a scholarship from a list of students. Then came back for a one on one interview.

Interview
The interview process starts with a group interview. They give you a piece of paper as you walk in and then you sit at the chair with your name on it. There are no instructions given, so I started reading the paper. It is a hypothetical situation where you are deciding between a couple of different students to admit into a university based on their background a qualifications. You want to start talking with the other people at your table. Then you create your ranking and they ask you to discuss it at the end.

I applied online. I interviewed at American Campus Communities (Gainesville, FL) in Apr 2017
Interview
a video interview, a group interview, then a one on one interview - very simple process. the video interview and group interview didn't seem like a big deal, just a way to eliminate obvious bad matches. the one on one interview seemed most important - availability/time to start extremely important and ability to work turn (weeks in August when they flip apartments)
