American Campus Communities interview questions

Interview with a group of the IT department to go over how adequately you could perform the job function. Background about yourself, and what you tend to do outside of work.

For the first interview, it is a group interview. You are seated at a table (wherever your name is) and you are given a packet. You are to pretend you are a committee at a school that is looking at candidates to award a scholarship to one. After reading everything by yourself, they ask that you discuss your decision with your table. As a table, you justify your answers and have someone (or multiple people) tell the room who you picked and why. If you spoke up and were respectful of others, you were asked to come back for a second interview, except this was one on one.
