Group interview lead by the candidates while hiring manager observes. This is to see who is a leader and moral compass. Then an individual interview where they ask you basic interview questions: Curbside appeal, customer service, experience, and personality questions.

Very formal interview with a good flow and very challenging questions. The employer was very fair in their questions. I was able to show my skill set through answering all of the interview questions.
