I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at American Campus Communities (San Antonio, TX) in Sep 2019
Interview
I attended a group interview in which 8 other people and I were given 2 scenarios to talk through and roleplay to solve issues residents may have, make a pitch to sell a potential resident to sign a lease, or best match roommates to each other based on profiles. The interviewers seemed to be looking for outgoing participants that spoke first and were eager to give input.

Typically a group interview process followed by an individual interview depending on the amount of applicants and if/when you get through the group stage. Group interview will typically be an activity created by the property management, and the individual interview will be a standard Q&A interview
