It was not too bad, standard interview questions. I was a community assistant before being promoted. I had an interview with the general manager. This company loves hiring from within the company, so they choose someone from within the company before hiring an outsider. But they do love experience! I can't speak for everyone, but the manager that was interviewing me made me very comfortable. Unfortunately, it is not a personalized interview. Standard reading from a sheet, and notating your responses.

Pretty laid back. Had 2 people in my interview because multiple properties were looking for someone. They explain the job or jobs you are applying for. Ask if you would be interested in another position. Ask why you applied for that job. Super friendly.
