E-mail survey, phone interview w/ hiring manager, on-site interview w/ 3 people separately including Tableau-heavy technical portion plus some business-intelligence type questions based on the data used during the Tableau portion. Had to e-mail hiring manager to find out if decision had been made 2 weeks later. He said that he thought HR would reach out, but I never interacted w/ anybody from HR during this process, only him. Almost seems that if I had not reached out, I would have been ghosted. Thankfully I was not.
