First, you are invited to a 3-4hr group interview with about 20 other candidates. Lots of team work and leadership is being tested. If selected, you will move on to an Individual interview round where you will speak with about 5 professional staff members

very easy behavioral questions and a team behavioral event before the "Superday" to see how you work in a group. got told 2 days later that i got the job
Typically a group interview process followed by an individual interview depending on the amount of applicants and if/when you get through the group stage. Group interview will typically be an activity created by the property management, and the individual interview will be a standard Q&A interview
