Amdocs Software Engineer interview questions

Technical Round that was average -> Managerial Round that was very easy -> HR Interview that was just salary negotiation and background questions. and now its almost two weeks and i didn't receive the offer letter till as Amdocs is my dream company so i never expect this unprofessional behaviour of Amdocs i called to HR and they didn't pick up.. if they pick then just say we will release today or tomorrow but till now didn't release..
