The recruitment process comprises of several stages. The first stage is an online test, which will evaluate your knowledge and skills related to the job role. Once you have cleared the online test, you will be invited for a technical interview, where you will be assessed on your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.
If you pass the technical interview, you will proceed to the next stage, which is the fit round. This round will assess your compatibility with the company's culture and values, as well as your ability to work in a team. Finally, you will have an HR round, where you will discuss your salary, benefits, and other employment-related matters with the HR representative.
