Interview started with an online test at one of their contracted recruiters. The test was traditional C, Unix and SQL and they took about 14 days to revert back. I got a call for the interview which was at a private hotel. Two development managers interviewed me in the same room and grilled me with questions ranging from product design decisions to development details. Some questions were at such fine detail that I was taken aback. However, I was able to get through because of the prep that I had done. Immediately after this, an HR representative interviewed me with just regular questions about what your plans are in next 3 years. How much do you expect.
