I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Amdocs in Apr 2012
Interview
There was pool campus drive at the college. Interview process was Aptitude test, Technical Interview, Personal/HR round.
Aptitude is tough. Technical round was logic-oriented. HR round was just to know you as a person.
Company will give offer letter with Programming SME as position. But once you step in the company and get the joining letter, you might be thrown to testing/support or whatever they want.
So please make sure at the interview process itself if you have your own chosen area.
For HR round, be frank and be a person. They will just check you as a person. They want nothing out of it.
