The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amdocs (Hod HaSharon) in Mar 2009
Interview
The group panel interview was conducted by a psychologist. We were divided to two groups and were asked to build a bridge using only the materials that were on the table. After the task was done each one had to talk about what he thought was positive and negative about the process.
After the group panel each candidate had to come up with a solution for a problem relating to strings manipulation and answer it in a chart diagram (all the notations that we needed were explained before we started answering the question). After that the answers went to review and we had to talk about ourselfs.
After the answers were graded only the ones that passed were called to a one on one intererview which was only to get to know you better. When the interview was done I got a 12 multiple choice java questions. The question were very basic.
The called me after a week and offered me the job
