I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amdocs (Saratoga, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
Very unprofessional, disorganized. At the beginning everything looks OK, I think they lost interest and no bother to attend scheduled calls.
They were in the middle of moving locations.
After talking with 5 different persons during the period of time nothing happened.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Amdocs (Ayios Athanasios) in Nov 2016
Interview
Phone screening, online assessments, followed by 2 rounds of F2F interviews. Everything went well up until the second round of interviews. He made it obvious he had not read my CV, as his eyes were glued to it the entire time and did not make any eye contact as he asked me vague questions between pauses. I was supposed to be interviewed by two hiring managers that day but he did not let me know the second would not be arriving so I had to ask halfway through. There was no apology or explanation for her absence. He just stated that, "we'll figure something out". At the end he asked if I had any questions for him and as I began to ask, he cut me off and stated, "Well those are all the questions from me!" and proceeded to get up and leave without a handshake or goodbye.
I was put in a room and given a design task for an amdocs product. There was a big design task and a smaller one. I then had to present it as though my interviewer was the customer.
