Amdocs interview questions

- One video interview (self-record, no people in front) with written questions - One technical test (logical, etc) - A lot of steps after (did not go that far) After 2 "interviews" without any contact with Amdocs employee, I got told that they would keep going with other people with more "experience". How could they say that, as they had called me based on my CV, and then asked me to do 2 tests - based on no experience. In case you chose to give an explanation to the "no", please find an "accurate" and "logical" one.
